Motivation

Monitor OO disputes in dedicated channel without raising PD error alerts.

Summary

Changes notification path for OO disputes.

Details

Log level for OOv3 is changed to warn. For older OO bot this should be changed in MONITOR_CONFIG.logOverrides.disputedPrice in environment.

Testing

UMA-1774 move oo disputes to slack instead of pd

reinis matt and i were discussion what to do about dispute notifications. we think we want to remove them from pager duty, but maybe have a specific channel in slack for disputes only that people can subcribe to their level of notifications. this is just an idea, and we should discuss further if there is an easier technical solution.
