When moving through table rows using arrows, moving off the end moves focus to top, but top not visible. #46

Then the down arrow moves to the item at the top of the table, that item has to be scrolled into view.

Currently if there is a vertical scrollbar, focus is move to the top row, but the top row isn't visible.
