Update README.md to change searchWith attribute to data-search-with. #49

The old name for searchWith (before issue #47 was applied) is used in the doc. Update to new name data-search-with.

The extra dash between search and with allows it to be accessed in javascript as a camel case attribute via dataset.searchWith.
