The order for the default apply/search and secondary reset/cancel buttons doesn't have any rules: https://uxplanet.org/primary-secondary-action-buttons-c16df9b36150.
But they should be consistent. Right now we have search/reset or cancel/apply.
Change the cancel/apply to apply/cancel in the accumulator.
