Include Markdown instructions #85

Several input fields use markdown, including the announcements, and the week intros. Both input boxes should have a help field, or something of the sort, summarizing what can be done with markdown. There may be a standard one available.

@Mjacks3 It might be worth formatting them a little more, and turning the documentation URL into a clickable link, but the information is there, so I'm closing this.
