Only allow user to go to next patient in dashboard when status is not calling #103

Currently the dashboard users sometimes forget to change the status from 'calling' to the result (e.g. 'remembered' or 'cancelled/moved'). To prevent this from happening, we should disable the next patient button and show a message when trying to go to the next patient without changing the status
