Added

Added Cardiology to the data and retrained model

Changed

Updated the dataset card and the test-data to better reflect a possible dataset
Updated links to the postalcode file URL
Removed hart functie agenda, too many appointments for this phase, TODO: add at a later stage
Updated deploy script
