Figure out how to deal with multiple appointments per patient

Currently we assume that a patient has only one appointment in the coming days, but we don't want to call multiple times a week, so our dashboard needs to be able to deal with that.

Also what happens in multiple appointments are on the same day

Possible solution:

• Nifi: get all appointments in 3 days
  • Combine with all previous appointments of patients in previous step
  • Combine with optional appointments of those patients in 3 - 10 days
• Posit API: Use appointments in 3 days and history to create features and predictions
  • Return appointments in 3 days with prediction and future appointments without prediction
• Posit Dashboard: Per patient, show in the table their appointment in 3 days highlighted (possibly more than one) and their future appointments below
