Added poli verrichting table and updated exp #39

Added the Poliklinisch_Verrichting table to the dataset, including a feature indicating if the appointment was a consult or verrichting. AUC score is similar to before, but overall precision is lower.

Feel free to skip the notebooks and json files in the review ;)
