If an appointment was part of the predictions but later rescheduled or removed, it will still show up with outdated info.

Possible solutions:

Filter out any appointments in the dashboard that are not part of the most recent ApiRequest
Remove all future appointments that are not part of the current ApiRequest
Add a field to ApiPredictions that will indicate if it is active or not
