We should send an email on Monday morning asking (insisting, really) that learners do a few things:

[x] unregister if they cannot attend both sessions (this is key to ensuring a full classroom)
[x] install all of the required software
[x] take the pre-survey (this still needs to be created/found: #5)

I'm happy to draft this email. Is there anything else that should go in it?

Email sent. Later in the day than I wanted, but I think it has all of the details.
