Pat's edits to near final manuscript

• I modified text describing the evolution of the Carpentries materials to highlight the motivation we had for going back to the beginning of the design process
• I wonder whether the sentence, "Next, learners put everything they have learned into practice by forming small groups and working on practice problems that cover the entire course content." could use an example of one such problem to give the reader a sense of the types of integrated problems we're using
• The bullet list under "We also incorporated a few additional... " was a mix of past and present tense. I could see going with either, but not both. I put it in past since a lot of the bullets appear to be implementation-based, which we did in the past

Thanks Pat! For the integrated problems, we break them down into bite-sized questions, so it's kind of hard to find one good example. Maybe we can provide the link so they can easily look over the questions? e.g.:

Next, learners put everything they have learned into practice by forming small groups and working on practice problems that cover the entire course content ("Integrating it all together: Paired exercise").
