- Changed load capacitors to 22pF
- Removed series resistor
Crystal now oscillates properly and board can be programmed

First attempt at V1.1 bring up unsuccessful, when probing oscillator no signal was observed.
Next steps: will try to tune load capacitors and try replacing the crystal.
