I sort of envision this as a nice document that includes a link to open the terminal in a new tab, includes the map, and talks about some classic physical security issues. Some of this might also serve as clues for the game.

Maybe Peter will write an outline and have Jet do some of the writing?

Here's a temporary manual as a Google Doc, including a map. Eventually we'll want to make this nicer in a number of ways, but I'll close this and make an issue for a fancier manual.
