The door to April's office doesn't exist, but should, because users might try to interact with it.

Hallway This is a hallway, To the east the hallway extends. To the south the hallway extends. To the west there is an office. To the north there is an office.

w This door is locked. Maybe you could find a key or an alternate way in.

l door You can't see any such thing.

unlock door You can't see any such thing.

I should be able to look at the door or try to unlock it. I should probably be able to try to unlock it with the brass key or other objects and fail.
