Describe the bug Units of LAI given as "m 2 m^-2". The LAI for each vegetation type given as "m^-2 m^-2"

Expected statement Uniformity between LAI units. Also either units of m^2 m^-2 or none, or potentially m^3 m^-2 depending on SUEWS definition
