[Urgent] Job seekers can opt to thank the volunteers after they rank the volunteers' feedback

Add an option for the job seekers to "Thank the volunteer" after ranking the feedback.

A simple check box with "Thank the volunteer" is all that's required. If selected, the volunteers would see the message "The job seeker wanted us to thank you for providing feedback!"
