[Medium] Resume view display is still too small #70

The Give Feedback feature doesn't allow the resume to be prominently displayed. If someone is going to review the resume, it should be as easy as possible for them to do

This is in my section of the code. I am going to look into this more.

Main issue is that the resume resizing doesn't happen reliably automatically without use of JavaScript. So looking into that.

I am going to call this done unless people disagree. Basically I went with the bootstrap stuff that I was playing with before (@Nishan also suggested the same). It works fine on Firefox and Safari but Chrome seems to be the issue at least on a Mac. There the resize is not automatic.

For the first release I think this is fine. Thoughts?

Err to clarify. It is now much larger. :) Basically before it was about 2-3 units. I increased it to 5 for jobseeker and 7 for volunteer. So easier on the eyes.
