@dazzaji @HazardJ @zmon Just a bit of an update about what we've been doing since NDoCH -- We have gone through the each of the clauses from the draft of the top-level document and put them into the clause bank. Important to note: we included CommonAccord notation and also filled in the content with the text from http://datashare-commonaccord.herokuapp.com/index.php?action=source&file=/H4KC/Form/Master_DSA.md
With an eye having a deliverable for the class, I also created a proof of concept type thing for the DSA using QnA markup a couple days ago. I couldn't save my code to QnA's page because my browser wasn't supported, so I uploaded it into the repo. Here is the link to the code to paste into QnA's page: https://github.com/UMKC-Law/DataSharingAgreement/blob/master/QnA.txt
Great - thanks for update. Looking forward fo reviewing the new content. Will try to do so tonight at BetaNYC weekly Hack Night in Brooklyn.
Just spot checking now. Is the idea to do a second scrub of the files to add short titles/names like "Integration Clause" for files like https://github.com/UMKC-Law/DataSharingAgreement/blob/master/ClauseBank/026.md ?
Ya - taking small steps and ensuring everything is headed in the right direction. I think with the way the clause bank idea from NDoCH has morphed into the card deal, we were a little bit more concerned with making sure that what we were doing was beneficial to the project. This is a starting point though. By next week we plan to have completed the cards, with shorter titles, and added clauses for at least FERPA and HIPPA.
Here are a couple of the clauses put into CommonAccord format and made into a document: http://datashare.commonaccord.org/index.php?action=doc&file=/CB/Doc1.md
Legalmaterials is an example of a site that could show clause cards that you can filter and search for inclusion into CommonAccord.
