Evan sent me the text of this a while ago, but I just got around to finding the source of it: http://researchadmin.uchicago.edu/clinical_trials/DSA.shtml

The article is from the University of Chicago and lists all the elements that should be addressed in data sharing agreements.

I'm not sure where the summer class has decided (or will decide) to list resources like this. Usually in a wiki and/or as files in the repository itself (the Master or the Pages branch). I recommend checking if this resources is accounted for and once it is, then closing this issue.

It's a good idea to keep the issues down to just the active items that require action and to use "labels" to segment the sort of action needed (for this group, labels could be question types like: "technical question" or "legal question" or maybe related to tasks like "feedback sessions" etc). Each issue should be something that can be solved or addressed in a way that you can clearly indicate the item requires some action or agreement that can be defined or that the item is finished and the issue can be "closed".
