9 years ago This may be too ambitious for the context of a law school class. Best to just focus on getting standard contracts and reusable clauses banged into shape first. Tiering rules could be a later step.
Rules (higher level executive orders, policies, etc) Agreements (contracts, licenses, etc) Authorizations (individual permissions like to access contacts, dropbox, location, etc)
