For the incentives button, it would be great to have listed TIF information and Exemption & abatements status from the county website: maps.jacksongov.org/parcelviewer. Search the address then click on parcel and property report.
For the neighborhood key, we would like to start with median household income, education level, and race. This could be found on census.gov.
We would also like to add a key "liens" next to "links" that includes any outstanding liens. This info can be found at jacksongov.org/recorder. "searching recorded docs online"
Under the tax key, we would like to add market value from maps.jacksongov.org/parcelviewer.
Under the general key, we can lose "effective date" and "exempt land" and change "square feet" to "acres". Also add Parcel ID # and a photograph.
We would like a hyperlink for the zoning types that give a definition. These definitions (like for B1-1) can be found in the Kansas City Code found at online.encodeplus.com/regs/kansascity/doc-viewer.aspx
