I added the search bar from Ron's example page and updated cartodb so that it pulls data from the new cartodb account. The map still uses the old land bank data as well for now so that we have something to show off in the presentation. There is also a modal that opens when the page is first opened with an introduction and basic instructions on use.
@rlh-aagis I decided not to switch to google maps from cartodb yet because of performance issues.
