Floor area ratio calculation #47

For each parcel of land on the map a floor area ratio (FAR) is to be calculated based on zoning and setbacks of surrounding parcels. If simply a number then might be best to do at run time. If to be shown graphically then perhaps QGIS could do the job as a layer to be exported and uploaded into CartoDB.
