Adding new area for publicly-approved scenarios that the blueteam will undergo.
This first one is quite barebones as (also stated in the Readme) a power outage changed plans the day before. While it's barebones, it's used as a reference for future practices.
There are credentials within this commit with credentials.txt however this was intentional as the credentials used for the blueteam machines should be changed once they are tossed into the environment.
The blackteam credentials have been removed as blueteam does not need to see it :)
