Our home page is currently empty. You will implement the design we created in Figma.

Tasks:

Implement carousel for my pathways (if you don't have pathways, this will be empty)
Implement carousel for the shared pathways.

@AmazingConnie I would recommend breaking this issue down into smaller pieces and being more specific. IE implements the accordion component for Semester information.
