User Story: Tasks Page

Description:
As a user, I want to have an integrated Tasks management page so that I can manage my to-do lists for various categories

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Be able to create a new tasks list
• [ ] Be able to mark a task as done
• [ ] Have DND functionality from one task list to another list
• [ ] Be able to mark a task as important and be focused to the top
• [ ] Have a default Important List with exclusively important tasks
• [ ] Repurpose the search bar to search for tasks and lists on the task page
• [ ] Have a Permanent completed tasks list
• [ ] Order tasks within a list by due date, then importance by default
• [ ] Have a strike-through animation for completed tasks, when completed
• [ ] Whenever a task is completed, display a small banner on the bottom of the page with an undo button for a short time.
• [ ] The Theme color for a list should be represented as the outline color for a list
