Overall Review of Changes:

Implementation of the tasks page Wireframe. Added color, list UI, task UI, toggleable buttons. Data is provided in hard-coded JSON format, not integrated with AWS data models yet.

Reason for Change

Resolves https://github.com/UMLCloudComputing/UniPath.io/issues/79 Provides the general groundwork code for creating the tasks Part of Main story: https://github.com/UMLCloudComputing/UniPath.io/issues/78 Still WIP
