Add code analysis tools and badges #162

I should copy over the settings for Better Code Hub and LGTM so they're active on this repository as well. That'll require adding some text about updating badges and such.

LGTM won't work because this lab is (still) a fork. We should be able to get Better Code Hub to work, though.

We didn't get to this in S21, and a discussion on Slack suggested that maybe adding Better Code Hub would be a distraction or red herring here. So it's unclear if this should or will happen.

BCH and LGTM are defunct/unavailable, so this is more likely to be a quest to look for other similar tools.
