Update docs for S22 #94

I made a number of changes to the write-up last year because we did the whole thing remotely due to COVID. I now need to undo those changes.

This also cleans up a bunch of Markdown Lint warnings and tries to tidy up the language in various ways.

Closes #92

Oh :poop: – I just hit the merge without noticing the spot fixes above, all of which ought to happen. I'll go through and make those fixes and list @helloworld12321 as a co-author. Sorry.
