Expand and reorganize the faculty instructions #98

This expands the faculty instructions to include the app setup for GitKraken, BetterCodeHub, and LGTM. I also moved basically everything into a new MD file in the /docs directory, shortening the header in the README to be mostly a link to that file.

I'm going to leave this as a draft PR until we've actually gone through the lab. If everything looks good after that, then we can go ahead and merge this.

That said, folks are welcome to look it over and fix things, make suggestions, etc.
