Write a section about necessary extensions (In the J&C case Azure, etc.), and popular extensions: java redhat, etc.

Updated the title to reflect the purpose of giving a brief explanation of the sidebar. This should really be explanatory to anybody who clicks around; but hey, maybe somebody will find it handy in the stressful times.
