Move the "Checking vs. Exploration" text from C pre-lab to here #1

The C pre-lab has a nice paragraph on checking vs. exploration that really probably ought to be at the beginning of the semester instead of just at the beginning of the C stuff.

I've actually converted this blog post into a reading on Canvas/Perusall, so it's not going to be part of a lab anymore. Not sure how well people will be looking at Canvas, but since it will be early in the semester hopefully it will work out.

I totally forgot to remove the text in the lab write-up about this.

I think is all dealt with now, as I removed the text ab out this reading from the C pre-lab.
