@floogulinc set this up on his repo, so it should be pretty easy to bring that work over to the template.

Note that he has Java 1.8 "baked in" as the version in the action. I'm not sure how necessary that is; I'm pretty sure this code runs fine on substantially newer versions of Java?

This got fixed last fall (2020) and I'm not sure why I didn't mark it as closed then.
