Consider adding percentages to phased retirement leave type #172

After discussing with Christopher, just adding "phased retirement" as a leave type is probably sufficient for these people. AFAIK there's no peoplesoft queue on this.

Just checking in the addition of "phased retirement" as a value list option in "Leave Type". Also, attached is an example record that we are building for CLA OFAA, CLA HR, and CLA Fiscal for phased retirements. So, in BlueSheet, we would need

Here am example from the original spreadsheet data. A phase retirement would have one note field, and several terms, with a leave amount (a picker would be good with 25%, 50%, 75%), leave type (seems to be LOA on the spreadsheet).

Would you rather we just add the "phased retirement" leave type now, or do you want to wait until we have time to add a custom model for also tracking the percentage?

I see....you have more planned work to do. Yes, please add "phased retirement" now. In the "Description", they could add "75%", "50%" etc., ja?

ok, phased retirement is live as a type now. We'll leave this issue open to explore tracking percentage in the future.
