Measuring Backwards Fixes:

Cut tool now adjusts all points years correctly. New measurement paths placed have correct starting year.
First point placed is now an earlywood point. Previously latewood. (All tools adjusted for this change.)
Actively placing points renders correctly on DendroPlots.
Special cases developed for inserting points near break (start points).

New Features:

Highlighting a measurement point in DendroElevator will highlight its corresponding year in DendroPlots.
DendroElevator and DendroPlots are 50/50 instead of 30/60 screen height when popped out.
Measuring backwards visually appears like it was measured forward. "Visual Lie."
CTRL-B is a keyboard shortcut for creating a break point.
Leaflet zoom level appears on meta data banner when measuring. (Goal is to aide auto point placement.)
