hover text bubble shows wrong year when browsing with no points selected #121

hover text bubbles with years seem to be off (+1) when in browsing mode and points are not selected in the table of contents. Showing points in the TOC seems to reconcile. See attached image for example. Incidentally, does not seem to be an issue in measuring mode. Screen Shot 2022-02-09 at 11 01 20 AM
