create a new icon for zero increment markers #123

we need a new icon to indicate zero increment markers (zero growth years). It will need to be visually distinct and also visible if it is behind markers for years with an increment. So maybe larger, or with a shape that exceeds the bounds of the current markers in some way. Maybe instead of a circle-style reticle, we could use a square?

Currently, the zero increment markers are masked and not evident from within the leaflet window, and this can be quite confusing, particularly for new users. Data view window and data plotting tools provide the tell. Screenshot attached of an example where 1868 has zero growth for both earlywood and latewood. This can happen easily by accidental double/triple click. Screen Shot 2022-03-13 at 2 10 44 PM
