Bug fixes related to recent implementation of Insert Break:

Could not insert a break near a year 0 measurement:

Handled by including checks for 0 since it is considered Falsey in JS.
Added special checks for measuring backwards since Start Points are hidden measurement points.
Refactored how visuals reload to "reset" (apply corrected measurement images) when necessary.

Bugs to watch:

If a point is placed while dragging another, undefined points are generated. Difficult to reproduce & unlikely to occur.
