Change log:

Re-enabled ellipse JSON saving & loading. Previously removed by accident when merging Data Access & Area Capture branches.
Refactored RWL method to be simpler and use Data Access functions.
Swapped a majority of keyboard shortcuts to use SHIFT instead of CTRL for Apple/Mac compatibility.
