Updates:

Expanded downloading ellipses to include summary statistics & files including NA values when a year is not included.
Refactoring auto scrolling to enable when shift is held and move smoothly.
Added instructions for lasso tool.

Bug Fixes:

Data dialog no longer shrinks when tools opened.
Data dialog does not open when other tool dialogs closed (dialog:closed event issue).
Cut & insert zero updates data dialog in real time.
CreateBreak disables when "X" clicked.
Ellipse boundaries disables when "X" clicked.
Minor text fixes.
