Meta data text box. Resolves #73. #75

Available meta data displays in the bottom left corner under scale bar. Save text only displays in pop-out window & if user has save permissions. Displayed years change every time points are modified & preferences text changes when preferences buttons are clicked.

To de-clutter leaflet iFrame on Elevator, leaflet mini-map can be removed.
