Test site redesign #97

Renamed HTML files to better describe their use. Redesigned test site so it is cleaner & includes QA instructions.

seems fine. If you're ever bored, this site could get moved to a Jekyll-based setup, where you could template out things and reduce the amount of duplication between each file. Then when GitHub deploys the pages, it renders all the static html for you.
