matlab r2015b and spm8Batch #384

Some functionality for the SPM8 job manager is no longer supported under the -nojvm startup option in matlab r2015b. This causes an error and the job terminates before finishing. I attached a log file as an example. Removing the -nojvm option prevents the error.

Closing this. A grep for nojvm in the folder only has a few hits (makeABRIK and BETthreshold) which don't seem to be used by the main programs. I suspect maybe this was addressed somewhere and just wasn't closed out.
