Methods Core 2.0 Release

Per suggestions from @rcwelsh it's time we bundle together our myriad changes into a new release, which I think will be 2.0. From there we can start work on integrating db hooks into MethodsCore tools.

I'll coordinate the release and spec out in comments below which toolboxes are getting updated, and which toolboxes will join the set of released tools (which will necessitate some reverting of reversions that I've documented elsewhere)
