Apparently changes to the MotionSummary script have broken backwards compatibility. There are some new variables that were added to allow MotionSummary to generate motion plots if desired, and the central script doesn't confirm those variables exist before running, so it errors out.
Short term solution for anyone that reports this is to have them just copy the updated template script from the methods core repo and use that.
I'll do a patch next week to check the existence of the variables and continue with sensible defaults if they don't exist so old scripts will continue to work.
