Update all spm8Batch to work with DB

add pcafMRI to the list. it takes WM, CSF segments, and time series, and produces CSV files. it's a matlab process.

Closing this. spm8Batch isn't getting updated to SPM12, plus the database project is likely dead. If it revives we'll need to add the necessary hooks into matlab preprocessing for SPM12 and forward.

FYI @mangstad @dankessler @justbennet : I've create and maintain spm12Batch now here at Utah, and probably anticipate a public release in the coming months through different github account. Main enhancements are inclusion of multi-band slice-timing correction and using ANTS for normalization instead of spm12/new segment.
