Add the missing dynamical production term of TKE from the shallow convection scheme #29

The EDKF shallow convection scheme already computes a thermal production term of TKE but no dynamical one. This term must be added.

When resolving this issue, it could be the time to evaluate the impact (and correctness) to transport TKE with the shallow convection scheme
