Reorganise the inline code

There are several things to do:

• [x] merge placeArrayRtoparensR (in inlineContainedSubroutines) with arrayR2parensR (in removeArraySyntax) and put it elsewhere (in variables?)
• [x] make addExplicitArrayBounds more generic (we can use it everywhere, not only on CALL nodes) and put it elsewhere (in variables?)
• [x] modify inline to enable to call it directly to inline a specific subroutine (in another subroutine or even for a specific call statement); it must include the ELEMENTAL-specific transformations; inlineContainedSubroutines will only contain a loop to inline everything
• [x] inlineContainedSubroutines must be made more generic (must not call directly getIndexLoop) and moved elsewhere (statements, new file?)
• [x] a new inlineContainedSubroutinesPHYEX can be written (like expandAllArraysPHYEX) to call inlineContainedSubroutines with the PHYEX specificities (namely _loopVarPHYEX)
• [x] use scope and findVar instead of desc_main, desc_sub and for searching variable in totalVarList
• [x] check computational time (eg mode_compute_updraft)
