Starting from the example of KFB for ARPEGE, write a transformation for mode_ice4_pack for GPU

This modification would allow to suppress the need to have a column private stack for rain_ice as long as the use of the stack for arrays not dimensioned with NIJT is eliminated (eg: ZRSMIN)
